Minerals Species: Barite on Fluorite.
Location of mineral deposit: Mina Emilio, Caravia District, Asturias, Spain.
Description: Water-clear crystals of cubic fluorite up to 25 mm with overgrowth of colorless, bladed barite crystals up to 12 mm. The fluorite crystals appear as gray because the color of the underlying matrix is showing through the fluorite. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 10.5x9x7 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 4-25 mm.
Price: $350 (plus shipping).
