Minerals Species: Linarite on Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Grand Reef Mine, Aravaipa District, Graham County, Arizona.
Description: Lustrous transparent vivid blue-colored linarite crystals up to 4 mm long with on colorless quartz crystals up to 1 mm across. The crystals formed in a thin cavity and the outermost surfaces contacted the opposing wall, but many crystals are complete.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x2 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-4 mm.
Price: $48 (plus shipping).
