Minerals Species: Diamond (3.81 carat octahedral crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Mirny, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Siberia, Russia.
Description: Translucent crystal of medium-gray diamond. The crystal is octahedral form with many complex crystal patterns (trigons) on the surfaces. Internally the crystal is cloudy, though light passes through. No external damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 9x8x8 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 9 mm.
Price: $450 net (plus shipping).
