Minerals Species: Vanadinite on Barite.
Location of mineral deposit: Mibladen, Atlas Mountains, Khénifra Province, Morocco.
Description: Sparkling crystals of orange vanadinite up to 2 mm on bladed white barite crystals up to 20 mm. Looks beautiful under magnification: the vanadinite is transparent and lustrous. The barite is orange-brown on the edges. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x6x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-20 mm.
Price: $85 (plus shipping).
