Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 31065:

Minerals Species: Sphalerite, Pyrite, Quartz.
Location of mineral deposit: Commodore Mine, Creede, Mineral County, Colorado.
Description: Sparkling cluster of translucent yellow sphalerite crystals up to 14 mm across with colorless quartz microcrystals in crevices and a few small 1-2 mm metallic pyrite crystals scattered throughout. The sphalerite has excellent translucency. No damage is visible to the unaided eye, minute edge chipping is visible under 20x magnification.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x3.5x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 2-10 mm.
Price: $48 (plus shipping).
