Minerals Species: Fluorite.
Location of mineral deposit: Mine La Cabaña, Berbes District, Asturias, Spain.
Description: Single cubic crystal of translucent purple fluorite with etched crystal surfaces. The specimen is a floater - the bottom surfaces are crystallized with many minute parallel cubic crystal faces with no point of attachment. No damage to the crystals on the front of the specimen, but the rear shows minor damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x4x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5 cm.
Price: $65 (plus shipping).
