Minerals Species: Diamond (1.23 carat macle-twin crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Premier Mine, Gauteng Province (formerly Transvaal), South Africa.
Description: Triangular macle diamond crystal (twinned following the Spinel-law on the {111} plane) with cushion-shaped faces and striated edges. The color is a very pale yellow and the crystal is internally unflawed though has several minute inclusions. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x8x2.5 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 8 mm.
Price: $1475 net (plus shipping).
