Minerals Species: Penfieldite Pb2Cl3(OH) with Boleite.
Location of mineral deposit: Sierra Gorda District, Antofagasta, Chile.
Description: Large specimen with many small pockets lined with rare penfieldite crystals up to 4 mm (easily visible with the naked eye) on matrix with blue boleite. The penfieldite is colorless, six-sided, elongated, tapering crystals with minute striations. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 8.5x6x6 cm.
Size of individual crystals: .5-4 mm.
Price: $150 (plus shipping).
