Minerals Species: Diamond (0.94 carat pale pale-yellow octahedral crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Orapa Mine, south of the Makgadikgadi Salt Plains, Botswana.
Description: Transparent octahedral crystal of natural diamond with pale yellow color and smooth glassy crystal faces with stepped edges. Internally the crystal is clean except for a few subsurface flaws that are easily eliminated when faceted. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x5x4 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 6 mm.
Price: $625 net (plus shipping).
