Minerals Species: Calcite.
Location of mineral deposit: Lincoln Stone Quarry, Beamsville, Ontario, Canada.
Description: Large cluster completely coated on one side with translucent yellow calcite crystals. The calcite crystals have a silky surface luster and scalenohedral crystal form. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #6314; acquired 1989 from Schuyler Alverson.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 17x12x7 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-12 mm.
Price: $75 (plus shipping).
