Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 39139:

Minerals Species: Fluorite (rare botryoidal form) on Quartz var. Amethyst.
Location of mineral deposit: Tekhdi, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Description: Two translucent yellow-gray fluorite botryoidal formations up to 21 mm diameter on purple amethyst quartz crystals. The grayish fluorite color is due to amethyst showing through the yellow fluorite. White microcrystalline quartz surrounds the fluorite. No damage. Collected in 2007 from a new locality in central India.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 11x7x5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 17-21 mm botryoids.
Price: $175 (plus shipping).
