Minerals Species: Chrysoberyl (twinned crystals).
Location of mineral deposit: Colatina, Espirito Santo, Brazil.
Description: Two V-twinned translucent chrysoberyl crystals with one corner that is gemmy and has potential for producing a 4 mm faceted gemstone. The V-twin is asymmetric with one crystal much longer than the other. The crystal faces are clean and in good condition, the outer edges show minor wear.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 31x18x10 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 27-21 mm.
Price: $135 (plus shipping).
