Minerals Species: Onoratoite.
Location of mineral deposit: Cetine di Cotoriano, near Rosia, Siena, Tuscany, Italy. (*From the TYPE LOCALITY where this mineral was first described.)
Description: Acicular white onoratoite crystals up to 1.5 mm in limonite-stained quartz-lined cavities with minor crystals of metallic stibnite embedded in the matrix. Several cavities are scattered on all sides of the specimen. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5.5x4x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 0.5-1.5 mm.
Price: $48 (plus shipping).
