Minerals Species: Sphalerite on Quartz with Siderite.
Location of mineral deposit: Dalnegorsk, Primorskij Kraj, Russia.
Description: Two spherical complex crystal groups of parallel black sphalerite crystals on crystallized quartz matrix with a tan-colored spherical siderite. The surfaces of the sphalerite are lustrous and the many parallel faces reflect light simultaneously.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5.5x5x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 3-20 mm.
Price: $85 (plus shipping).
