Minerals Species: Diamond (2.11 carat gem-grade yellow octahedral crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Premier Mine, Gauteng Province (formerly Transvaal), South Africa.
Description: Large gem-grade yellow diamond crystal with lustrous crystal faces and classic octahedral crystal form. The diamond has two minute dark inclusions near the surface that will be polished away when faceted. One of my best diamonds! No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x6.5x6 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 8 mm.
Price: $4995 net (plus shipping).
