Minerals Species: Diamond (9.72 carat brown macle-twin crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Guinea.
Description: Exceptionally large diamond crystal (15 mm on each edge!!!) with triangular shape due to Spinel-law twinning - a macle twin. The diamond has brown color around the edges and less color in the center. The faces are smooth with trigons in the middle. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 15x14x5 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 15 mm.
Price: $4200 net (plus shipping).
