Minerals Species: Fluorapatite.
Location of mineral deposit: Horni Slavkov (Schlaggenwald), Cechy (Bohemia), Czech Republic.
Description: Pale purple fluorapatite crystals covering one face of matrix. the fluorapatite crystals are translucent, have lustrous crystal faces and are tabular hexagonal form with secondary corner faces. The crystal edges show minor chipping and wear. Ex. Jim Minette (1936-2002); ex. Les Fils D'Emile Deyrolle (post-1896 Paris).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3.5x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-4 mm.
Price: $65 (plus shipping).
