Location of mineral deposit: Mibladen, Atlas Mountains, Khénifra Province, Morocco.
Description: Rich deep-red vanadinite crystals on earthy pink-brown matrix. The vanadinite crystals are highly lustrous, tabular hexagonal form, and vary from transparent to translucent. The crystals on the rear have tan-colored outer surfaces. Though the crystals are clean and in good condition, a few edges show minute nicks upon close inspection, but they are minor compared to the relative size of the specimen.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x6x6 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-8 mm.
