Minerals Species: Scolecite.
Location of mineral deposit: Nasik, Maharashtra, India.
Description: Tapered cluster of elongated colorless scolecite crystals with no matrix attached. The scolecite crystals have glassy crystal faces, and are mostly translucent with transparent terminations. All crystals present are complete and undamaged, but there is evidence among the many crystals that a few are missing.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 15x5x3.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-15 cm.
Price: $150 (plus shipping).
