Minerals Species: Elbaite Tourmaline.
Location of mineral deposit: Nuristan, Laghman Province, Afghanistan.
Description: Terminated bi-colored elbaite tourmaline crystals fully crystallized all around. The color of the elbaite crystals is a unique neon-green color with pale-pink zone at the termination. The specimen is mounted to an acrylic base for display. No damage is visible to the unaided eye, minute edge chipping is visible under 20x magnification.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 51x13x12 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 28-51 mm.
Price: $750 net (plus shipping).
