Minerals Species: Elbaite Tourmaline.
Location of mineral deposit: Nuristan, Laghman Province, Afghanistan.
Description: Doubly-terminated bi-colored elbaite tourmaline crystals fully crystallized on all surfaces with no point of attachment - a floater. The color of the elbaite crystals is a unique neon-green color with pale-pink terminations. No damage is visible to the unaided eye, minute edge chipping is visible under 20x magnification.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 41x14x8 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 10-41 mm.
Price: $575 net (plus shipping).
