Minerals Species: Topaz.
Location of mineral deposit: Shigar valley, north of Skardu, Gilgit, Pakistan.
Description: Doubly-terminated transparent sherry-colored topaz crystal with flat pinacoid termination with large triangular {011} faces. Internally the topaz has wispy (silky) zones running through the middle. The crystal faces are clean and in good condition, the outer edges show minor wear.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 40x23x20 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 40 mm.
Price: $375 (plus shipping).
