Minerals Species: Carrollite.
Location of mineral deposit: Kamoye Mine, Kambowe, Katanga, Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire).
Description: Complex crystal of bright metallic carrollite on white marble matrix. The carrollite crystal has mirror-like surface luster. One corner has an irregular shape that appears to be a natural contact from a surrounding crystal. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x2.2 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 16 mm.
