Location of mineral deposit: Red Dome Mine, Chillagoe, Queensland, Australia.
Description: Translucent dark-red cuprite crystals with no matrix attached. The cuprite crystals have silky luster on most faces, but one side has etched crystal faces. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 35x25x24 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 3-15 mm.
Price: $95 (plus shipping).
