Minerals Species: Sphalerite and Pyrite.
Location of mineral deposit: Saint-Laurent-le-Minier, Gard, Languedoc-Roussillon, France.
Description: Transparent red-brown sphalerite crystals mixed with yellow metallic pyrite crystals on rhombohedral colorless dolomite crystals with colorless quartz. The sphalerite crystals look beautiful under magnification. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5.5x5x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-2 mm.
Price: $48 (plus shipping).
