Minerals Species: Grossular Garnet.
Location of mineral deposit: M.G.L. Tungsten Mine, Nightingale District, Pershing County, Nevada.
Description: Double-sided specimen of large brown grossular garnet crystals covering all sides of a knob of matrix. The grossular crystals are dodecahedral form with trapezohedral edge modifications. The crystal faces are clean and in good condition, the outer edges show minor wear. Ex. Ned Blandford, exchanged with J.B. Palmer.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x6x4.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-27 mm.
Price: $275 (plus shipping).
