Location of mineral deposit: Weardale, County Durham, England.
Description: Two interpenetrant-twinned purple fluorite crystals that fluoresce bright violet under UV illumination. No damage. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #12706; originally acquired in 1981.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x2.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 17-25 mm.
