Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 40598:

Minerals Species: Fluorite, Calcite, Quartz, Siderite.
Location of mineral deposit: Cornwall, England.
Description: Several cavities lined with transparent blue and purple fluorite crystals up to 4 mm across with pale yellow calcite crystals up to 2 mm and colorless quartz crystals up to 1 mm. Under magnification small rhombic brown siderite crystals are visible. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #16700, acquired in 1982 from Ron Bentley (1948-1995).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x5x3.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-4 mm.
Price: $45 (plus shipping).
