Minerals Species: Quartz (Japan-law twinned).
Location of mineral deposit: Mundo Nuevo Mine, Pasto Bueno District, Pallasca Province, Peru.
Description: Cluster of slender, elongated colorless quartz crystals with a pair of flawless Japan-law twinned tabular quartz crystals in the center of the cluster. All crystals present are complete and undamaged, but there is evidence among the many crystals that a few are missing.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x3.5x3 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 3-20 mm.
Price: $135 (plus shipping).
