Minerals Species: Albite with Aegirine.
Location of mineral deposit: De-Mix Quarry, Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada.
Description: Platy translucent colorless albite crystals up to 12 mm across with black prismatic aegirine crystals up to 24 mm long running through the albite. No damage. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #2965; collected in 1985.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 33x25x22 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 4-24 mm.
Price: $32 (plus shipping).
