Minerals Species: Uraninite.
Location of mineral deposit: Swamp No. 1 Quarry (Trebilcock locality), Topsham, Sagadahoc County, Maine.
Description: Large single crystal of dark metallic uraninite with no matrix attached. The uraninite crystal has stepped crystal patterns on the bottom where it grew against matrix. Good crystals size and surface luster! Radioactive. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 9x6x5 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 9 mm.
Price: $125 (plus shipping).
