Minerals Species: Cassiterite.
Location of mineral deposit: Horni Slavkov (Schlaggenwald), Cechy (Bohemia), Czech Republic.
Description: Heavy cluster of black cassiterite crystals with pseudo-octahedral crystal form and highly lustrous crystal faces. Many of the cassiterite crystals exhibit V-twinning on the (110) plane. The crystal faces are clean and in good condition, the outer edges show minor wear.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x4x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 3-30 mm.
Price: $125 (plus shipping).
