Minerals Species: Elpidite pseudomorphs after Serandite.
Location of mineral deposit: De-Mix Quarry, Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada.
Description: Green elpidite (and possibly aegirine) pseudomorph after a single slender serandite crystal with no matrix attached. No damage. Ex. Bill Plavac #170.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x2x1.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-60 mm.
