Minerals Species: Diamond (0.62 carat pink octahedral crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Argyle Mine, Kimberley, Western Australia, Australia.
Description: Glassy pink octahedral natural diamond crystal with flat faces and complex edges and corners composed of smaller, parallel faces (looks amazing when viewed under magnification!). Internally the crystal is flawed but has no dark inclusions. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x4x4 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 5 mm.
Price: $685 net (plus shipping).
