Minerals Species: Goethite, Calcite, Pyrite.
Location of mineral deposit: Pemberty (Penberthy Croft?) Mine, Cornwall, England.
Description: Massive goethite with botryoidal brown goethite formations up to 7 mm diameter on one face, with yellow metallic pyrite crystals up to 1 mm and translucent colorless calcite crystals up to 5 mm across. No damage. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #5595; acquired from Chris Hodgson in 1989.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x5x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 0.5-5.0 mm.
Price: $55 (plus shipping).
