Minerals Species: Epidote.
Location of mineral deposit: near Diakon, Kayes Region, Mali.
Description: Doubly-terminated clusters, resembling bow-ties, of green epidote crystals fully crystallized on all surfaces. The epidote crystals are internally opaque and have complex surfaces composed of many smaller sub-parallel crystal faces. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 9x6.5x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-9 cm.
Price: $125 (plus shipping).
