Minerals Species: Sphalerite with Pyrite.
Location of mineral deposit: Wheal Concord, Blackwater, Cornwall, England.
Description: Lustrous black sphalerite with blue iridescent surfaces and cavities lined with sphalerite crystals up to 2 mm, colorless quartz crystals to 1 mm long and yellow metallic pyrite microcrystals. Freshly exposed surfaces do not show any iridescence. Ex. M.G. Weller; ex. Dave Smith.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x5x5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: micro to 2 mm.
Price: $45 (plus shipping).
