Minerals Species: Barite with Hematite inclusions.
Location of mineral deposit: Frizington, Cumbria, England.
Description: Translucent blue-gray barite crystals with red-brown hematite inclusions in some faces. The barite crystals have lustrous faces and are in groups of parallel crystals. One crystal is incomplete. Ex. Robert C. Lambert #63; ex. Smithsonian; ex. Carl Bosch (1874-1940); mined in 1883.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 10x7x4 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-60 mm.
Price: $2500 net (plus shipping).
