Minerals Species: Barite.
Location of mineral deposit: El Solar Mine, Level 4, Taxco, Guerrero, Mexico.
Description: Large cluster of lustrous transparent blue bladed barite crystals completely covering matrix with minor drusy quartz visible beneath the barite. The blue color is quite pronounced making this an attractive barite specimen. Most crystals are complete and undamaged, but a few crystals are incomplete. Ex. Robert C. Lambert #388.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 15x12x6 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-15 mm.
Price: $750 net (plus shipping).
