Minerals Species: Calcite.
Location of mineral deposit: Berry Materials Quarry, North Vernon, Jennings County, Indiana.
Description: Transparent golden calcite crystals on gray-brown limestone. The calcite crystals are pseudo-scalenohedral shape resulting from rhombohedral crystals with complex prism faces around the outer edges. One corner has a small bruise.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x3.5x3.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 3-35 mm.
Price: $75 (plus shipping).
