Minerals Species: Barite.
Location of mineral deposit: Pugh Quarry, Custar, Wood County, Ohio.
Description: Translucent greenish-gray bladed barite crystals on limestone matrix. The barite crystals have a waxy surface luster. Most of the crystals are complete and undamaged, but a few around the periphery are incomplete.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x4x2.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-15 mm.
Price: $36 (plus shipping).
