Minerals Species: Dravite-Uvite Tourmaline.
Location of mineral deposit: Uluguru Mountains, Morogoro, Tanzania.
Description: Lustrous brown-black tourmaline crystal with steep six-sided termination. The tourmaline is translucent brown in the outer layers and is either dravite or uvite, or possibly zoned with both species. The termination is chipped on the rear edge.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 45x13x13 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 45 mm.
Price: $55 (plus shipping).
