Minerals Species: Hematite.
Location of mineral deposit: Mine Ledge, Surry, Cheshire County, New Hampshire.
Description: Plate of botryoidal brown-black hematite crystals in spherical aggregates to 7 mm across. The hematite crystals have satin luster. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x3.5x0.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5 mm.
Price: $34 (plus shipping).
