Minerals Species: Fluorite (Spinel Law twinned).
Location of mineral deposit: Mundo Nuevo Mine, Pasto Bueno District, Pallasca Province, Peru.
Description: Double-sided complex cluster of transparent (internally flawless) pink octahedral fluorite crystals that are complexly twinned following the Spinel Law of twinning. The pink fluorite fluoresces violet under UV illumination. Must see to appreciate. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 9x6x5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 5-50 mm.
Price: $400 net (plus shipping).
