Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 55153:

Minerals Species: Epidote.
Location of mineral deposit: Tormiq area, northwest of Skardu, Haramosh Mountains, Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan (Northern Areas), Pakistan.
Description: Parallel cluster of flattened translucent green-black epidote crystals fully crystallized on all sides with lighter green color along one edge where it was attached to adjacent epidote crystals. Most crystal faces are clean and undamaged, but one corner is bruised. Ex. Dr. N. Luppescu, originally acquired in 2002 from D. Weinrich; ex. T. McKee.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5x4x0.6 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 18-45 mm.
Price: $150 (plus shipping).
