Detailed information on mineral specimen No. 56034:

Minerals Species: Smithsonite with Calcite.
Location of mineral deposit: Kelly Mine, Magdalena District, Socorro County, New Mexico.
Description: Lustrous transparent-to-translucent white rhombohedral smithsonite crystals to 0.5 mm with translucent white bladed calcite crystals to 3 mm on brown gossan. One area has transparent smithsonite crystals with white phantom internal zones. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x2.5x1.5 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 0.1-3.0 mm.
Price: $22 (plus shipping).
