Minerals Species: Diamond (0.70 carat cuttable colorless distorted crystal).
Location of mineral deposit: Diavik Mine, East Island, Lac de Gras, Northwest Territories, Canada.
Description: Lustrous gem-grade cuttable colorless diamond crystal with distorted octahedral form that has complex striated crystallization patterns on the surfaces. The diamond crystal has no dark inclusions but a few internal cleavage flaws, and has clean areas. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 5.5x4x3 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 5.5 mm
