Minerals Species: Ramsdellite.
Location of mineral deposit: Mistake Mine, Yavapai County, Arizona.
Description: Plate of lustrous black-metallic ramsdellite crystals in blocky rectangular aggregates. The ramsdellite aggregates have silky luster caused by microscopic parallel crystal faces on the surfaces. All crystals are complete and undamaged, except the outer edges where it was attached to surrounding matrix. Collected in 1982..
Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x2 cm.
Size of individual crystals: 2-7 mm
