Minerals Species: Copper (Spinel-Law twinned).
Location of mineral deposit: Itauz Mine, Karaganda Oblast', Kazakhstan.
Description: Sharp, well defined crystals of native copper (naturally occurring copper) that have elongated diamond-shaped form indicative of twinning on the {111} plane following the Spinel Law of isometric twinning. Has glue remnants on rear where it was mounted. No damage.
Overall size of mineral specimen: 22x9x5 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-22 mm
Price: $28 (plus shipping).
