Minerals Species: Acanthite.
Location of mineral deposit: Xiaoqinggou, Datong, Shanxi, China.
Description: Gray-metallic acanthite crystals to 5 mm in branching formations of interconnected crystals with dull metallic luster possibly due to coating of an unidentified secondary mineral. No damage. Ex. Georg Gebhard (author of Tsumeb I and II).
Overall size of mineral specimen: 18x12x10 mm.
Size of individual crystals: 1-5 mm
Price: $28 (plus shipping).
